a) Residential = 18 mtr [15 mtr building height + 3 mtr roof top structures]
b) Commercial/Institutional = as per the restriction in MPD 2021
c) Maximum basement depth allowed is 4 meters
The heights will be treated as guidelines till such time the monument specific heritage bye laws are framed.
Individual cases will be decided upon by NMA.
